What it is
This is a small plastic figure of some cartoon character with impossibly spiky hair who apparently plays children's card games. It's made by Funko, a company that has somehow convinced adults to collect miniature bobbleheads of fictional people. The figure stands there doing nothing, which I can respect.

Someone who enjoys Japanese cartoons and has disposable income they don't know what to do with. Also suitable for people who like their collectibles to have the same dead-eyed stare as a government employee. If you know someone who gets excited about tiny plastic representations of animated characters, this will probably make them happy for reasons I don't pretend to understand.
Is it worth it?
It's a piece of molded plastic that serves no practical purpose whatsoever. However, if it brings joy to someone who appreciates this sort of thing, then I suppose it's doing its job adequately. I'd rather spend money on a good steak, but to each their own.
